4Vengeance Media was proud to be the Official Broadcaster for the 2023 Junior Prospects Hockey League Championship series, which took place this past weekend at the Meadows Recreation Centre in Edmonton, Alberta. All games for the league’s U14, U15 and U18 divisions were broadcasted on the Junior Prospects Hockey League YouTube channel.
The broadcasts attracted an average of 1500 viewers per game, reaching over 80,000 people and eclipsing over 10,000 total views. The broadcasts featured a Director, Producer, Audio Mixer, Replay Operator, Graphics Operator, Three Camera Operators, and an Announcer/Host.
One of the new features over the weekend was the studio style intermissions, which hosted several high-profile guests and provided in-depth analysis and insight into the Junior Prospects Hockey League. Another key addition to the broadcasts, which certainly created a buzz, was the addition of a camera operator on the ice, helping capture the raw emotion and excitement of each game through goal celebrations, goaltender highlights and moving cinematic shots.
4Vengeance Media Director Brandon Ewanchyshyn spoke about the event, saying, “Overall, this was one the biggest productions 4Vengeance Media has executed to date. The 3rd period of Game 2 between the U18 Titans Hockey Union and HC Edmonton Game was the most exciting production and period of live sports our company has produced.”
4Vengeance was proud and pleased to provide a high-quality stream for everyone who tuned into the broadcasts throughout the weekend. We would like to thank our crew for their time and effort throughout the productions, as well as the Junior Prospects Hockey League for providing an incredible, exciting and high-quality product to showcase.
